Previously expressed preferences

3.5 Third-Party AI Providers

Certain AI Features may require information to be transmitted to third-party AI or cloud-processing providers.

Depending on the requested operation, this information may include prompts, text, images, audio, documents, or selected contextual information necessary to produce a response.

We seek to limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary for the requested functionality.

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, we provide additional disclosures identifying the relevant recipients and obtain the necessary permission before sharing personal information with third-party AI providers.

Third-party service providers processing information on our behalf must be subject to appropriate data protection and security requirements.

4. Connected Accounts and Google Workspace API Data

Certain Services may allow you to connect compatible third-party accounts, including Google services.

Depending on the features you enable, integrations may provide access to supported services such as:

Gmail

Google Calendar

Google Contacts

Google Drive

Other compatible Google Workspace services

Connecting an account is optional unless the requested functionality depends on that integration.

4.1 Access to Google Data

When you connect a Google account, we request access only to the Google API permissions necessary to provide the features you choose to enable.

Access may include, depending on the permissions granted:

Email messages and metadata

Calendar events and scheduling information

Depending on the feature, the Services may process temporary content, task results, summaries, or user-facing preferences derived from the information you authorized us to access.

We do not retain Google Workspace source content indefinitely merely because an account has been connected.

Data retention is limited according to the applicable purpose, technical requirements, user controls, and legal obligations.

Derived data, cached information, and stored content remain subject to Google’s applicable data use and retention restrictions.

4.4 Sharing and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received through Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google Workspace User Data and Developer Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Allow unauthorized human access to Google Workspace API data.

Authorized personnel or service providers may access such information only under circumstances permitted by applicable Google policies, such as where necessary to provide an expressly consented user-facing feature, address security issues, comply with law, or carry out other specifically permitted processing.

Google Workspace API data may be processed by service providers only in accordance with the applicable Limited Use restrictions and other relevant requirements.

4.5 Revoking Google Account Access

You may revoke access to your Google account through the available connected-account settings, where supported, or through Google’s account permissions page:

To request deletion of associated information, contact:

support@nomiagents.com

5. Voice, Audio, and Communication Data

Not every voice interaction is necessarily recorded or permanently stored.

Where a feature supports recording or processing communications involving other individuals, appropriate notices and permissions must be provided or obtained in accordance with applicable law.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of recording and communication functionality complies with relevant consent, privacy, and communication requirements.

We do not use voice recordings for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis and any necessary permissions.

Providing results requested by the user

We process submitted content only as necessary for the relevant functionality and other purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy and permitted by applicable law.

You may revoke or change these permissions through your device settings.

Some features may become unavailable when access is disabled.

Where such information is processed, we apply the relevant legal requirements and use an appropriate legal basis, including explicit consent where required.

We seek to limit sensitive data processing to the purposes necessary for the requested features.

6.3 Biometric and Image-Derived Information

Certain image-processing features may analyze visible characteristics or other information derived from images.

Where such processing involves biometric or other legally sensitive information, additional safeguards and requirements may apply.

We do not treat every photograph or image-processing operation as biometric identification.
